We want you to adore your new jewelry, and we understand that sometimes, a piece might not be exactly what you envisioned. Our policies are designed to be as clear and graceful as our designs, ensuring a smooth experience for you.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you're unhappy with your order, we'll gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit only within 10 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by courier notification. Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds. This allows you to find another perfect piece from our collection that truly speaks to you.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition of Items: Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or any gifts with purchase. We kindly ask that you take extra care when trying on pieces, as any signs of wear, scratches, or damage will unfortunately make the item ineligible for return.
  • Personalized & Custom Pieces: Please understand that all personalized names, initial styles, and any custom orders are FINAL SALE. This includes items that have a single initial. These pieces are uniquely crafted just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International Orders: For our global clients, please be aware that all international orders are FINAL SALE due to complex customs and shipping regulations.
  • Inspection & Approval: All returns undergo a thorough inspection process before being accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched, etc.). If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return, and a fee may apply.

How To Make A Return:

  1. STEP 1: Request Your Return: To request a return, visit our dedicated returns portal at [https://www.Jewllista.com].
  2. STEP 2: Prepare Your Package: Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging and placed securely within a sturdy shipping box. Sending in an envelope may damage the item, and we will not be able to accept the return.
  3. STEP 3: Ship Your Item: Print out your return label (provided via the portal or email) and ship the item back to us.
  4. STEP 4: Processing Your Return: Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it. Once processed, you will be notified via email with your store credit details.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Jewllista is not responsible for return shipping charges; therefore, if an item is returned, original shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount. Jewllista is also not responsible for returned items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect your beautiful pieces.


Cancellation Policy

At Jewllista, we pride ourselves on our swift order processing to get your exquisite jewelry to you as quickly as possible. To maintain this efficiency:

  • Order Finality: Each order gets processed into our production system automatically; therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
  • We encourage you to review your selection carefully before finalizing your purchase.
